We have been in full development mode, building a brand-new Online Entry Portal designed to make showcasing your wines simpler, faster, and more streamlined.
Before we launch it to the world, we want to make sure it delivers the seamless experience you deserve — and we need your help to test these new waters.
What’s New in the Portal?

Instant Online Payments: Create invoices and pay securely via credit card directly within the system through Square.

On-Demand Certificates: Print your digital Gold, Silver, or Bronze certificates instantly. This feature is currently active for your 2025 results and will be available for the current and future judging years too.

Print-Your-Own Entry Labels: No more waiting on Australia Post or worrying about lost mail (well this is more from our side than yours). You can now generate and print your entry labels instantly using standard 14-up or 8-up Avery or Unistat labels.

Extended Deadlines: Because you can print your own labels instantly, we can now keep entries open longer, giving you that valuable extra time to decide on your submissions.

From 6 July to 27 July, the new portal will be open strictly to our opted-in Beta Testers.
